Delivery time: 15-45 days from the date your order is confirmed.

Each painting is carefully packed to ensure safe transit.

Once your artwork ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Please note that import duties, taxes or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you receive your artwork damaged, please contact us immediately and do not discard the original packaging, as returns and insurance claims may require it (as per industry standard).
This aligns with the guidelines used by Vingert Art concerning packaging and damage claims.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind your satisfaction. If you change your mind, you may request a return of an original artwork within 14 days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:

in perfect condition, as when received;

returned in its original packaging including all certificates or documentation;

shipped only after you have received and followed the return instructions provided by us.
(Timed returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.)

Please initiate your return via your account or contact our support team within the 14-day window.
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or agree replacement options. -
Please note: Custom commissioned works made specifically for you, as well as prints/limited editions or altered works, may be non-returnable as per the exceptions commonly used in the market.
